Follow The Eternal Battle of Light Against Darkness with Gods of Egypt – Battle For Mankind.

Directed by Alex Proyas who also brought us the acclaimed titles “I, Robot” and “The Crow”, and starring 300’s King Leonidas, the one and only Gerard Butler – Gods of Egypt – Battle for Mankind is an action-packed fantasy film set in ancient Egypt featuring the relentless family feud between Set (Butler) and Horus.

The film depicts as Set takes over the Egyptian throne in order to wreak havoc and enslave its population, but now without defeating Horus and plucking both his eyes in humiliation. It would seem that all is lost and no one would try and defy the god of darkness. But then comes Bek, an ordinary thief fueled by revenge for the abduction of his loved one, he embarks on a quest to retrieve Horus’ Eyes.

While Set has an entire army of possessed soldiers and demons, can the will of one mortal man turn the tides of war with the aid of the god of the skies? Stay tuned for the release of Gods of Egypt, as it will surely have you on the edge of your seats.

Gods of Egypt movie synopsis:
In this spectacular action-adventure inspired by the classic mythology of Egypt, the survival of mankind hangs in the balance as an unexpected mortal hero Bek (Brenton Thwaites) undertakes a thrilling journey to save the world and rescue his true love. In order to succeed, he must enlist the help of the powerful god Horus (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) in an unlikely alliance against Set (Gerard Butler), the merciless god of darkness, who has usurped Egypt’s throne, plunging the once peaceful and prosperous empire into chaos and conflict. As their breathtaking battle against Set and his henchmen takes them into the afterlife and across the heavens, both god and mortal must pass tests of courage and sacrifice if they hope to prevail in the epic final confrontation.
